Email for your own domain, without the sales fog

MailChooser helps solo operators, freelancers and non-technical families pick a place to host you@yourdomain.com. We publish short checklists and comparison pages. We do not invent quotes, users or numbers.

Built for people who just need an inbox

Not a newsletter tool. Not a CRM. A real mailbox on a domain you own.

Who this is for

People who already own a domain (or are about to) and need a real inbox on it. Typical readers: freelancers, one-person shops, and families who want name@lastname.com.

Gmail Send as ending 2027

Google has announced that starting January 2027, free Gmail will stop “Send as” for third-party addresses, plus Gmailify and POP fetch on the web. If you currently reply as you@yourdomain.com from a free Gmail inbox, that path is going away. Read Google’s own page, then our checklist.

How we work

  • Facts come from vendor help and pricing pages we open ourselves, with links inline.
  • Prices are copied as shown on the vendor page, with a “checked Nov 2026” note. They can change.
  • Estimates are labeled as estimates.
  • No trackers, no ads, no cookie banners for analytics we do not run.
